Our outdoor spring session offers players in the u10, u12, u14, u16 and u19 age groups the opportunity to practice to improve skills and to compete in tournaments to gain valuable experience.  Tournaments for our u10 and u12 age groups are 7v7 format.  Tournaments for our u14, u16, and u19 age groups are either a 7v7 format or 11v11 format.  We will limit players a team rosters in order to give everyone ample playing time.

7v7 field hockey empowers players to develop their skills on a smaller scale.  The game format is beneficial and directly transferable to the skills necessary for success in both indoor and outdoor regulation sized game play. The layout of the game offers players with more time on ball, developing fundamentals, and game IQ.   7v7 requires players to rely on their fundamentals and game IQ which is why many of the best field hockey players collegiately and professionally have played in 7v7 leagues. 7v7 prepares players with the tools necessary to succeed when transitioning to 11v11.
